Hi, I’m Cameron Schultz, founder of ProsperPoint Land.
I began my career in financial planning, helping families protect their futures and feel confident about their decisions.

Behind the scenes, your actual buyer is a vetted, real U.S. investor — the assignment step happens after escrow is opened, keeping everything clean and transparent.

STEP 4

Title Company Opens Escrow

From here, the licensed American title/escrow company takes over completely.
They handle:

  • Lien and ownership checks
  • Deed preparation
  • All closing paperwork
  • Secure transfer of funds
You don’t need to coordinate anything, title manages the entire transaction with full legal oversight.
